So pretty! I love these!
1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, and then puree it in a blender or food processor until smooth. Then cut up fruit into small enough chunks that they can fit into the popsicle molds.
2. Put fruit chunks into the bottom of each mold, then pour watermelon puree into the mold until the mold is full to the top. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze until the popsicles are solid and formed.
3. When ready to serve, take the popsicles out of the freezer, and run under warm water for a few seconds and then remove.

We’re heading into the dog days of summer, you know the days where it’s too hot to cook, and you’re desperate to keep cool at any cost. I just LOVE it though, LOVE IT. This week’s our cup runneth over with Watermelon so we’re making popsicles and adding in seasonal fruits that we've got in the fruit basket. I used mango, kiwi's and blackberries because that's what I had at hand, but you can use any fruits that you have and add it to the puree.
The last time I made watermelon popsicles I made it by adding simple syrup to strained watermelon juice. This time I kept it super simple and sugar free and although they weren’t as sweet as the last ones, they were certainly more guilt-free. Enjoy
