I like anything au gratin. I mean really put your hand up if you agree that cheese makes everything better. I like this recipe because you’ve got all the flavour without the guilt of the fat and calories.

This delicious coconut bread is eaten as a snack with some cheese, or on it's own. I've make this regularly for my family and I can hardly wait to pass this recipe on to the next generation.

I had some leftover cheese and dill from a quiche I made the the night before, so this was the inspiration for the creation of this dish. It takes literally 30 mins from prep to the table.
