I've been super busy this summer. I've been given some added responsibilities at work so it's meant longer hours, which has translated to less blogging. Despite this, I've been trying to keep up with my Ice Cream Sundays series and have succeeded for the most part. I've been eating ice cream all summer long, so when the opportunity came along to try a Paleo Salted Caramel recipe I jumped at the opportunity. I'm pretty sure the recipe didn't turn out the way it was intended but it tasted good to me so I thought I'd post it anyway.
