Cinnamon Raisin Buns

Sugar, cinnamon, flour, yeast, butter and did I say sugar. These are some of the ingredients that go into making my cinnamon buns, the cinnamon buns I've been making ever since I first had them many years ago. There is something about the yeasty smell of those buns baking that reminds me of fall and gooey, messy bits of goodness.

When we first moved into this house I was in a hurry to decorate. Olive & Ruby review

I was fortunate enough to be invited to Earls on King Street for a preview of their fall menu, which will be rolled across most restaurants in October and November. It was an incredible evening filled with lots to eat and drink, and best of all I got to talk to the chef's who were responsible for bringing these creations to us. What a fun evening!

I've been super busy this summer. I've been given some added responsibilities at work so it's meant longer hours, which has translated to less blogging. Despite this, I've been trying to keep up...  Continue...

One of my other favourite things about summer is the number of farmer's markets that pop up around town. I love to wander though the aisles and pick up freshly picked fruits and veggies and get...  Continue...
